We do accept returns on custom items in accordance with the requirements for our Return Policy.

At Priceless Planners, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Upon receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the product under the following guidelines: The item must be un-used, and in new condition. You may return un-used, merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Priceless Planners does not refund shipping and processing fees.
Our Customer Service Department will provide you with instructions and an approval identification number to return items. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. Should you need to return your apparel, the original tags must be attached and in resell-able conditions (no stains, unwashed & unworn). Credits for returned items will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Credit will be issued within 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by our Customer Service Department.

Please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via UPS or insured mail for your protection. All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid as shipping costs are non-refundable.
